EZ Custom Homes is based in New Lenox and serves homeowners throughout the Chicagoland area. Owner Colin Ettema started in construction over 14 years ago, working alongside his dad framing houses. That experience built a strong foundation in how homes are actually put together, not just how they look on paper.

We operate as a design-build contractor, which means we stay involved from the earliest stages of planning. We work closely with an architect who functions as part of our team.
