Typically a few weeks to a couple of months out, depending on the season and scope. The sooner we have the conversation, the sooner we can plan a realistic start date.
No. The first conversation and on-site visit are at no charge. We use it to qualify the project, understand the space, and give you honest feedback before anyone commits.
We take on projects across three areas: outdoor living and custom decks, high-end remodels, and custom home builds from the ground up. Remodels typically start in the mid five-figure range. We don't take on small repairs or handyman-level work.
Yes. Permits, inspections, and village coordination are part of the job. You don't chase any of it.
We're based in New Lenox and most of our work is within the surrounding towns, Frankfort, Mokena, Orland Park, Homer Glen, Lockport, Joliet, Plainfield. We do travel further for the right project, just ask.
