Owner Colin Ettema started in construction over 14 years ago, framing houses with his dad. Eventually he stepped into ownership and rebranded the company in 2021.

Outdoor projects are typically about a week on-site. Remodels and custom homes run longer, we'll walk you through a realistic schedule before we break ground.
Yes. Permits are part of the job, we handle the paperwork, inspections, and coordination with the village so you don't have to chase any of it.
Yes. Changes happen on most projects, and we handle them through a clear process, written, priced, and scheduled, so nothing gets lost or surprises you later.
Typically a few weeks to a couple of months out, depending on the season and scope. The sooner we have the conversation, the better we can plan a realistic start date.
